Serves 6-8

6 medium sweet potatoes
about 3 lbs, boiled (or steamed) and mashed
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

3/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1    tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs

Combine the last seven ingredients in a mixer bowl and stir until smooth on medium speed.  Spoon into greased casserole.

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 TBSP flour
2 TBSP cold butter

Combine the last 4 ingredients with a pastry blender or a whisk in a choppng motion. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
