Our customers at market continue to support us not only by coming weekly, but also by sharing their wonderful recipes with us at market. New customers often learn a lot as they stand in line and listen to the cooking adventures that our regulars like to share. For those of you who don’t come to the market with a notebook and pen, I have included some of the newer recipes on our recipe page: Susan Pinkard’s Lamb Shanks Braised with Garlic, Matthew Datcher’s All-Night Roasted Chicken and Andrew & Alex Armentano’s Caramelized Anchovy Sauce over Spelt Noodles.
For those of you who don’t know, all of our markets continue through the whole year: Arlington Courthouse, Delray, Columbia Pike, Chevy Chase, Falls Church, Takoma Park, and Dupont Circle.
