The vegetable stand adjacent to me brings produce from their farm near Richmond, Va., about 100 miles away.

A busy day at our Arlington farmers market, packed with people even during 95 degree July days. Customers are drawn to this market for its freshness, selection, and diversity of local farmers, all within 125 miles of the city. To and fro, back and forth. Trust me, I know every good coffee stop and clean restroom along this route.
